HOT NEWS! TEACHING THE NEXT GENERATION

Hello everyone and welcome!

Central Market’s Passport France just started yesterday all over TX.  HOT was at the opening ceremony  at the Central Market North location.  The opening ceremony was led by Austin’s Mayor, Lee Leffingwell who spoke about the good products of France and the fact that Austin town twin sister is Anger France.  He also spoke about the game of Petanque before cutting the ribbon with a traditional  large pair of scissors.  For the occasion CM constructed two brand new courts under the shade of two  gorgeous trees for the next two and half weeks.  Maybe they will even keep the courts in place after the event is over?  More Please – Learn To Play Petanque During Passport France. HOT teachers were on deck all night until it was too dark to play.   Many kids and adults wanted to learn, it was great to see such a vivid interest for  the game.  And for sure a learning experience for all of us to make sure that everyone is safe.  Because hey let me tell you  when you have a 10 years old kids with a two pounds steel ball in his hand, well anything can happen.  But they were all behaved thank to all the teachers Christophe Chambers, Ed Priest , Trevor lovell, Jim Schwobel, Linda and Jeffrey Schryver.  This is  just the beginning because  for the next two weekends we will be teaching at  the North location 4001 North Lamar Boulevard from 11AM to dark .  What a fabulous star it is for the exposure to  the game of Petanque.   Come all and experience Passport France at all Central Market locations.

A+ Love Arsene
