Hello everyone and welcome!

World Champion Dylan is coming to NY for  the Challenge Robert Pierre Tournament  New York Petanque Club August 25 and 26,2012.  Sweet I got to see him and his father play in Millau a few years back that was amazing.  Having a conversation with his dad was enlighten  he said well you never know how long he will have the arm for it, but right now he is hot. So don’t miss the chance to see him if you can. He is going to also do a demonstration at:

Bryant Park Exhibition Friday Aug 24, 2012 @ 3 PM

Dear All,

One day before our Robert Pierre Challenge tournament held in Brooklyn we will have a free pétanque exhibition with World Champion Dylan Rocher in Bryant Park, Manhattan.

Please come by to see this talented player and pitch in to win one of his pétanque sets of 3 boules engraved with his name through a lottery that will set up on that day. There will be some games going on before Dylan goes on a 100 boules shooting showcase. Here is the details:

The event will take place on the alternate court next to the Southwest Porch. (bar with yellow sunshade)

3:00 pm arrival of the teams and warm up

3:30 pm semi finale

4:45 pm Dylan Rocher will shoot 100 boules in a define time

5:30 pm Final

We hope to see you all there to witness the french pétanque phenomenon near you!

  1. Thank you, Thank you, Heart of Texas Petanque club! At least, you understand the importance of the coming of Dylan Rocher to New York…but also, USA! How can one miss the opportunity of missing a weekend with the best petanque player of the moment! And possibly the best player for the next, 10, 20 years!!!! We, at New York Petanque Club organized it for all to enjoy it and we hope that you will all have the opportunity to join us for that weekend!
    After all, when was the last (or first) time that anyone had the occasion to witness the best player in the world in action? How about NEVER!
